Responsiveness to sucrose was significantly (P < 0.01) decreased in dsAmelOBP4 foragers, compared to the dsGFP control. There was no significantly different response (P > 0.05) to sucrose between nurses fed dsAmelOBP4 and those fed dsGFP. Data from three colonies were analyzed after arsine transformation during ANOVA but presented here without transformation
